CEO: Johan Coetzee
Johan has more than 15 years experience in Electronic Fire Detection and Suppression Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Security, Communication Systems and Project Management.
Johan started at the Department of Public Works in 1979 and was promoted to the House of Assembly where he headed the Electronic Engineering Section from 1986. Since 1993 he established himself as a business man and co-founder of the Multi-Net Group of Companies and One Turn Construction Company. Under his leadership the companies he has managed have grown to be distinguished enterprises in their respective fields.
Johan obtained a National Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the Technikon Pretoria in 1983.
MD: Johan Smith
Johan joined MULTI-NET SYSTEMS in 1998 as an electronic technician and worked his way up in the organization to a point where he was offered shares and directorship in the company. Johan is a natural entrepreneur and with his passion for business he took MULTI-NET SYSTEMS to the next level by specifically targeting the private sector. Johan proved himself as an excellent project manager and completed many projects
successfully for high profile clients. Even though he is now part of managing a company Johan stands with both feet on the ground and you will often see him on site where he is in contact with his people to ensure the clients get the service they deserve.
Johan obtained a National Diploma in Electronic Engineering at Pretoria West Technical College in 1997 and a National Diploma in Project Management in 1999. He also received training in the USA on Edwards equipment.
CFO: Christian Lemmer
Christian has more than 15 years experience in Accounting, Internal and External Auditing and Taxation. He is an Accountant and a registered tax practitioner (SAIPA). He completed his articles at Burnan Chartered Accountants before gaining 3 more years experience in both internal and external auditing, accounting and all forms of taxation.
Since articles, Christian has extensive experience in accounting and auditing and more than 10 years experience with taxation.
He was audit and tax manager with Burnan Chartered Accountants before joining MULTI-NET SYSTEMS in 2004. Since 2004 he was involved with successfully growing the finance departments of multiple companies within the group. Currently he is running the complete finance department for MULTI-NET SYSTEMS and is part of a very successful top management team.
COO: Ben Faber
Ben started as Electrical Technician at Boksburg Municipality from 1968 to 1983. From there he advanced to Letaba Corporation where he was the Technical Manager until 1990. In 1990 he joined a business where he was a Director of Mechanical and Electrical Operations in Polokwane.
Ben joined MULTI-NET SYSTEMS in 1996 where he became a Director and Shareholder and has grown the Mechanical and Electrical Department into a formidable force that can produce excellent results in the installation and maintenance of any size Air Conditioning Systems.
Ben obtained a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Technical College Boksburg.
DIRECTOR: Fred Arendse
Fred has more than 14 years experience in the mining industry having spent 4 years with JCI coal division before joining Anglo Platinum Limited where he rose to the position of Head of Transformation.
He founded SSC to pursue business opportunities in the natural resources and construction sector, is a member of the Black Management Forum and the South African Institute for Management Scientists. Fred also serves on various boards including Redpath Mining – SA, Operation Improvement Management Company, Sekgwa Mining Services, Siyakhula Sonke Corporation and SSC associated companies. Fred is also the Chairman of ai??i?? Foundation for Peace and Prosperity.
Fred holds degrees in Human Resources and Business Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Cape Town and University of South Africa and has a MDP from Wits University. He is also a candidate attorney at MS Phiri Associates and is currently studying Law at the University of South Africa.
Champ is a Chartered Accountant by profession, he completed his articles and served as an assistant manager subsequently with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He was the head of the Departmentai??i??s Employment Equity and a member of the Gauteng Assurance Employment Equity Committee at PWC. He currently serves on the Board of the Johannesburg Branch of Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants in Southern Africa (ABASA) since mid 2005.
He is the head of the ABASA Leadership Programme. He is a trustee of the Business Skills of South Africa (BSSA) Foundation board and serves on the Socio & Economic Development Committee of South African Institute of Charted Accountants (SAICA).
He was a professional facilitator at the WOW Group and Business Development Executive. He is the head of the His People Christian Church Campus Bridge Initiative and a member of the Young Adults Leadership Team.

Garreth Sexton is a Charted Accountant (SA). He completed his articles at Ernst & Young before acquiring international experience in the United Kingdom.
Garreth has extensive experience in corporate finance and auditing practices. He was the Head of the BEE Ratings Division at SizweNtsaluba VSP before joining the SSC Group as Director of Finance and New Business.
